IN RECOGNITION OF CONSTITUTION AND
CITIZENSHIP DAY

The Museum will host a talk by PHIL BIGLER, local
author, JMU Administrator, and National Teacher of
the Year. He has appeared on numerous television
programs including Late Night with David Letterman,
Good Morning America, and Nightline.
